干燥综合征(Sjögren syndrome,SS)的早期诊断存在一些挑战和未满足的需求,如诊断时腺体功能障碍突出和诊断延迟时间长。这些挑战源于对SS早期缺乏充分了解。临床和实验研究结果表明,SS的早期诊断和干预有助于延缓疾病进展,并减少并发症发生的风险。为实现SS的早期诊断和治疗,需识别更多SS早期阶段的有用生物标志物,并确定SS发病的高危人群。同时,应对这些高危人群进行适当的筛查,以促进SS的早期诊断。
