Abstract:In recent years, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine provide a new method to treat the damaged tissues and organs, but under the pathological conditions, the low survival rate of the transplanted stem cells limits its function. Because of this, hypoxic preconditioning of the stem cells in vitro become a new solution to improve its ability to resist hypoxia and injury. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different inducing conditions and different adult stem cells were reviewed to search the ideal conditions of angiogenesis.
