痣样基底细胞癌综合征1例

摘要：报道1例痣样基底细胞癌综合征。患者,男性,44岁。面部无痛性黑色皮疹1年余。皮肤科检查:面部耳周多颗粟粒至黄豆大小黑色和褐色斑疹、丘疹,境界清楚、部分表面粗糙和色素分布不均,轻微隆起。双掌、趾部可见散在针头大小点状凹陷。皮损组织病理检查示基底细胞癌。诊断:痣样基底细胞癌综合征。

Abstract:Report of one case of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.A 44 years old male patient with facial painless black rash for more than 1 year came to our department.Dermatological examination:maculas and papules on the face and around the ear,railiary to bean-size,black and brown,well-demarcated,some with roughness surface and uneven pigment distribution,slightly uplift.Visible scattered needle-sized retraction was seen in the palms and toes.Pathological examination showed basal cell carcinoma.Diagnosis:nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.
