Application of Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Treatment of Hand Cruch Injury

Abstract:Objective To explore the treatment for the skin defects of hand crush injury by VSD. Methods Twelve cases with skin defect of hand caused by crush injury underwent VSD technique following skin graft. Results All cases gained graft survival postoperatively. The healing of first intension was achieved in 12 cases. Conclusion The soft tissue defect of hand is difficult to be treated. Vacuum sealing drainage is a simple method.
