      摘要：

      　每年大量乳腺癌患者因手术切除导致乳房缺损，乳房缺损的修复具有巨大的临床需求。目前，自体皮瓣移植、假体植入、自体脂肪移植在临床上已广泛开展。组织工程再生乳房作为新兴技术虽还未正式应用于临床，但已在开云足球app官方下载安装 中取得不错的进展。本文对乳房缺损修复的研究现状进行综述，并展望其临床应用前景。

      　There are a large number of patients with breast cancer result in breast defects due to surgical excision every
      year, and the reconstruction of breast defects has a huge clinical demand. At present, autologous flap transplantation, prosthesis
      implantation and autologous fat transplantation have been widely carried out in clinical practice. As a new technology, breast
      regeneration tissue engineering has not been applied in clinic formally, but it has made good progress in scientific research. In
      this paper, the research status of breast defect reconstruction and its clinical application prospect was forecasted.
