奥曲肽预防胰十二指肠切除术后胰漏的研究进展

摘要：

胰十二指肠切除术后胰漏发生率居高不下,是导致术后死亡的主要原因之一。奥曲肽是一种八肽生长抑素类似物,自20世纪90年代起用于预防和治疗术后胰漏,但其有效性始终存在争议。本文拟对奥曲肽预防胰十二指肠切除术术后胰漏的研究作一综述。
