Based on the fact that the supplier’s capacity is changeless or changeable, the paper sets up the optimal models and finds out the optimal capacity proportion, optimal capacity decision, optimal wholesale price and optimal order quantity, etc. It concludes that the supplier’s optimal sales volume in contract markets is independent of supplier’s capacity.
