Theoretical Analysis of Volume Speed-Regulating Circuit of Multi-Pump and Multi-Motor

Abstract:This paper analyzed the traditional circuit of variable displacement pump or fixed displacement motor. On this basis, a new volume speed circuit which consists of multi-pump or multimotor was proposed. The paper also separately analyzed the operating principle and character of variable displacement pump or fixed displacement multi-motor and variable displacement multi-pump or fixed displacement multi-motor; the character curves were obtained. Compared with the traditional circuit of variable displacement pump or fixed displacement motor it is found that the new volume speed circuit can acquire multi-stage constant torque or multi-stage constant power regulation, which expands the range of speed.
