知识:翻译研究的意义之源

摘要：

知识翻译学的提出让知识回归翻译的本源,是翻译界具有里程碑意义的事件。知识是翻译的存在,翻译是知识生产、管理和传播的过程。知识是翻译的本质属性,是翻译研究的核心因素,是翻译研究的意义之源。知识翻译学是我国翻译研究最新且最具国际化气质的译论,在所有译论中居核心地位。知识翻译学是“藤”,其他译论是结在这根藤上的“瓜”。

Abstract:

The birth of Transknowletology is a milestone event in translation community, highlighting knowledge as the essence of translation. Knowledge can be seen in every step in translation process while translating is a process of producing, managing and disseminating knowledge. As the defining feature of translation, knowledge is the key element in translation studies and serves as a powerhouse supporting and facilitating the research of translation. With obvious international trait, Transknowletology, among all Chinese translation theories, is in a dominant position like a “vine” on which other theories grow as “melons”.
