Balanced 7;12 translocation associated with minimally differentiated acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract A 4-year-old boy with leukemic blasts of myeloid lineage was shown by bone marrow (BM) examination to have a balanced 7;12 translocation. To our knowledge, this translocation in association with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has not been reported previously.
